Your information.
Handled with care.
Who we are
The Vita Privé development project is operated by Joshua Adams. For privacy enquiries, removal from the waiting list or to exercise your rights, email joshua@theautohaus.co.uk.
What we collect and why
If you join the waiting list, we collect your email address, your name if supplied, the form location, and a dated record of your consent and the wording you agreed to. We use this to send Vita Privé development and launch updates. We may include invitations to optional customer research. Our lawful basis for these emails is your consent.
Your choices
Joining is optional and does not commit you to purchasing. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. We will stop marketing when you withdraw consent. We do not sell your waiting-list details or share them with exhibitors for their marketing.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Registrations are stored in the project’s Supabase database in the EU Ireland region. Hosting and database providers process information to run these services. Where processing involves international transfers, applicable contractual safeguards are required. Email-delivery providers may be used when updates begin, and this notice will be updated if the arrangements change.
Retention
We will review the list at least annually and remove registrations no longer needed. Unless you renew your interest or become a customer, we aim to remove waiting-list details after 24 months. Limited suppression records may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request. Existing registrations from before this notice require separate review of their original consent before marketing.
Website storage
The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixels. It does not store a theme preference. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us using the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
